Roger was born on May 27, 1945 to Maxine and Willard Kelton and went to meet his Savior Heaven on Thursday, April 27, 2023. Roger was raised in Texas mostly and received a Business in Marketing at University of North Texas. Roger became an Entrepreneur from his early years and moved to Atlanta to start his Advertising Sales Company, selling advertising space in business publications successfully from the 1970’s until he retired in 2014. Roger loved domestic and international travel and was very active in the Republican Party. Roger is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Regina Kelton, his brother, Noel Kelton, Stepson, Brent Summerour, Brothers-in-Law, Sisters-in-Law, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews all of whom he loved dearly.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Monday, May 1, 2023 at Noon to 1:00 p.m. at McDonald & Son Funeral Home in Cumming GA. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at McDonald & Son Chapel immediately followed by Graveside Service at Sawnee View Gardens.
