Watson Lee Swope 82, of Dahlonega, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, March 30,2021.

Mr. Swope is preceded in death by his wife; Bonita Swope.

He is survived by his children; Kelly (DJ) Thomas of Burnsville, North Carolina; and Rick (Dani) Swope of Dahlonega, Georgia.

Brother and sister-in-law; Dick (JoAnn) Swope of Kalamazoo, Michigan; sister and brother-in-law; Nellie (Pieter) Vells of South Bend, Indiana.

Watson is also survived by his 3 sisters in law; Sharree Kottraba of Parkville, Maryland; Marian Swope of Plainwell, Michigan; and Marilyn Swope of Winter Park, Florida.

Mr. Swope also leaves behind three grandchildren; 2LT Caleb (Makayla) Swope of Gainesville, Georgia; Tori Swope of Lawrenceville, Georgia; and D’Ann (Bentley) Seawright of Columbus, Georgia.

A celebration of life service for Watson will be held on a later date.
