Timothy Irving Kennell. That name will typically bring a quick reminder of a laugh or a smile. Now Tim is smiling and laughing in Heaven, which he excitedly spoke of in his last days. God gifted Tim to his parents Jerry and Gloria Kennell on March 15th 1965 and to his loving wife, Joyce, and future family on their wedding day, July 11th 1987.
As a loving husband, father, son, and brother, Tim went to Heaven first to help prepare the way for his family…as he always did…prepare the way for others.
Tim was a loving, devoted husband who enjoyed falling in love with his wife, Joyce, every day for 35 years. With his children, he was as a jolly giant who strongly encouraged them in their careers, strengthened their faith in God, and enjoyed forever teasing them. He was a very hard worker as an Information Technologist for Macy’s where he made many lasting friends among his co-workers. To all of his family and friends Tim was a devoted family man, strong in his Christian faith, and a source of wisdom during troubled times.
The Kennell home was always filled with laughter and encouragement because of him. His love and compassion for Christ and others rang throughout the house even when he could not speak. His laughter will always ring throughout eternity from the pictures on the wall, to the memories of his loved ones, and in dreams he sends down from Heaven.
