Heather Blackwelder, age 21, of Cumming, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2020.
The family will receive friends from 10AM to 12:30PM Tuesday, June 30, at McDonald and Son Funeral Home. Memorial service will be 2PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at First Redeemer Church in Cumming, Georgia.

She was born May 26th, 1999 in Kannapolis, NC. She was a member of Passion City Church in Atlanta, Georgia and a fulltime student at Kennesaw State University studying Business Management. She was also a licensed Cosmetologist and worked part-time at Salon Next Door in Woodstock, GA. Heather is survived by her parents Chad and Becky Blackwelder, of Cumming, Georgia; sister Harley Blackwelder, of Cumming, Georgia; maternal grandparents Curtis and Susie Parker, of Kannapolis, North Carolina; paternal grandfather Ken Blackwelder, of Kannapolis, North Carolina; aunt and uncle Debbie and Joel Yates, of Salisbury, North Carolina; uncle Kendall Blackwelder, of Kannapolis, North Carolina.
