Hall Mabry

March 9, 1938 ~ January 18, 2022 (age 83)

Hall Mabry, 83, passed away peaceably on January 18, 2022.  His brothers and sisters preceded him in death.  He was a good brother and a loving uncle to over 20 nieces and nephews.
He was born in Franklin County, Georgia.   He joined the US Navy before he was eighteen.  After his Navy commitment, he joined the US Army and had over a 20-year military career.  He always enjoyed talking about his adventures, and Germany was one of his favorite places. He had several tours in Vietnam.  On his last tour, he received a severe spinal injury which took quite a while to recover from before resuming his military career.  He then retired from a Georgia Army base.
Hall has been a member of the Masonic Lodge for most of his adult life. Unable to attend meetings, he still supported his lodge in their charity endeavors and financially donated to the Children’s Masonic Home in Macon, Georgia.
Hall lived in Atlanta for a while after retirement then moved to Sparta, Georgia for over ten years.  Following a heart attack, he moved to Winder, Georgia to be closer to family.  His health began to decline, leading to a move to the Oaks in Cumming.  He became part of the Oaks family, and they became part of his family.
