Cindy (Murphy) Miller born April 14,1952, passed away into God’s graces, Thursday, September 30, 2021. She is survived by her children, Hope (Miller) Kauffman and Jack and Brian Douglas Miller Sr. along with her grandchildren, Alexandra S. Roberts, Julian T. Skelton, Jake R. Skelton, Brennan J. Kauffman and Brian D. Miller, Jr. and many friends.
Murphy had an extraordinary heart; it had room for her family, friends, fur babies and even strangers. If anyone was in need and Murphy knew about it, she wanted to help and if she could, she did. I’ve never known of her to not help someone in need and even if they weren’t in need, she would tell you to just let her know if there was something she could do.
She had her own style. Classic, yet comfortable. When I first met Murphy, some years ago, she wore cowboy boots in the winter and fancy flipflops in the summer. She had her toes painted with summer flowers or the flag for the 4th of July. She wore rings on her thumbs and a necklace with a charm that held her sister’s ashes. She always had short hair and cute glasses. It all suited her, an extension of her spirit. The thumb rings like reminders to the world that she was kind and remembered things and people she loved. The heart necklace that showed her love would never die. Her painted toes, expressing that she had a love for life and wanted to enjoy all of it she could. Her short hair showed her spunk and her glasses, well…she didn’t see so great.
