Brittany Anne Chambers 34, of Cumming, Ga passed away on Sunday, May 14th, 2023.
Brittany Anne Chambers was born in Atlanta in 1989. She spent the first seven years of her childhood in Cumming, Georgia where she attended Mashburn Elementary School and played recreational softball. After the Olympics in 1996 and resulting from her father’s transfer, the family travelled to Appleton, Wisconsin where she enjoyed a new definition of cold and snow for the following three years. Following a return to Georgia and a three-year stint in Marietta, she once again moved with her family to the now thriving Forsyth County where she attended and graduated from North Forsyth High School. With her parents and during her junior year, she was able to travel to Europe, where Venice, Italy was her magical place and where she hoped to return someday. Following her graduation, the next phase of her life took her to the University of North Georgia where she earned her BBA in accounting.
After a period employed in her field of study, she decided to have a child, which culminated in the 2016 birth of the love of her life, Callie Grace. Callie was born a beautiful, blonde haired, blue-eyed girl, just like her. She spent her last seven years enjoying her precious daughter and her family. Her favorite places were always near the water. Whether it was the pool, lake or the gulf, she was always happy during her visits there. She was a loving Christian and always tried to help those less fortunate. She was also an avid animal lover and often collected stray dogs (for her parents!). Brittany’s care for everyone but herself, cut her life so very short. But, she always wished to donate her organs at the end of her life, so that even when she left this world, she could still help so many others. From that act of courage and kindness, four families last week found joy and life in our sorrow.
Mommy, Brittany, Bitsy, Bitsy Doodle, Brit and Bits, your family, and especially Callie Grace, will love you always and will forever hold you dear in our hearts.
A private family service will be held on a later date.
